Before you order Cialis

So you have heard that this is the best ED treatment around… but before you order Cialis, there are a number of things you should do:

1. Sexual dysfunction in men can be the first sign of a cardiovascular illness. It’s a lack of blood flow to the penis causes erectile dysfunction (ED) and often for the same reason that a man experiences heart attack or stroke. In addition it might be indications of Type 2 Diabetes. So before you diagnose yourself as having ED go and get a check-up with your general Practitioner. That’s also necessary because if the diagnosis is ED, and nothing else, you’ll still need a prescription to get this or any other major oral anti-ED drug. Our GP will also look out for certain medications that you may be taking because these can cause erectile dysfunction.  Some medications for treatment for depression, blood pressure and to help you sleep may be causing the trouble. This can often be remedied by a change in dosage or an alternative therapy or treatment.

2. While ageing is often the cause of ED, it may not be age alone.  The levels of testosterone in the man’s body drop significantly as we age. But this reduction is often made worse by these factors: being overweight; lack of exercise; stress, too much alcohol and not drinking enough water (dehydration) or eating enough fruit and fresh vegetables. A change to a healthier lifestyle can often postpone the effects of ED.

3. Look out on the internet for people discussing Cialis, and see what their reviews are like. While the drug works for 80% of men, like many drugs it can have side effects. Everyone is different and once prescribed, you can see yourself if you experience any side effects; but being fore=warned of what they might be means that you can be ready to look out for them and assess whether they are going to trouble you.

4. Finally be aware what the drug cannot do, just in case you are under a misapprehension as to its powers. It cannot work without physical stimulation and cannot rekindle desire. If you simply have no inclination towards sexual activity, either with your partner on anyone, it is not a love potion. You have to want to engage in sexual activity. It is not an aphrodisiac. Nor is it a contraceptive. Nor can it prevent sexually transmitted diseases.
